ChurnNote

ChurnNote is a Stripe and Lemon Squeezy cancellation feedback and churn recovery tool for indie SaaS founders. When a subscription is cancelled, ChurnNote listens for the Stripe customer.subscription.deleted webhook (or the Lemon Squeezy equivalent), sends a founder-style plain-text exit email written in your name (delivered through ChurnNote) asking why, groups the reply into a churn-reason taxonomy (pricing, missing feature, too complex, switched tool, bad experience), and queues a personal win-back when you ship the fix. Failed payment recovery (dunning) is included in the same flat $29/month Founder plan.
